Orders

Your order is placed once payment is complete and you receive the confirmation email. If a product sells out or we can't supply it, we'll let you know and refund what you paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Before paying you see the full breakdown: products, any discount, shipping, taxes and, where it applies, the payment processing fee. What you see at checkout is what you're charged.

Payment is by card through Stripe. If a product's price changes after your order, you keep the price you paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as we haven't shipped it. When you can return a product or ask for a refund is set out in the shipping and returns policy.

Liability

We stand behind your order arriving the way you ordered it. If it doesn't, we replace it or refund your money, as the returns policy says.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect damages such as lost business or carrier delays outside our control. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before any formal claim, write to us: almost everything gets solved by talking.
