Privacy notice

What we keep

Only what we need to deliver your order:

• Your name and email address.
• Your shipping address and, if you give it to us, your phone number.
• What you bought: products, options, amounts and order status.
• The language you bought in, so we write to you in that same language.

What we don't keep

We never see or store your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe on its own page, and all we receive is confirmation that the charge went through.

You can buy without creating an account: we don't ask for a password or sign you up for anything.

What we use it for

• Preparing and shipping your order.
• Sending your order emails: the confirmation, the shipping notice and, if it happens, the cancellation or refund.
• Helping you when you write to us, and meeting our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or hand it over for advertising. Only the providers we need to run the store see it:

• Stripe, which processes the payment.
• The shipping carrier that delivers your order, which receives your name and address.
• Contabo, the provider where we keep our backups, so your order isn't lost if a server fails.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept measurement cookies (explained below).

Where it's stored and for how long

Orders, photos and store files are kept on servers run by Mi Tienda. We keep a copy of every email we send you in our own mailbox, so we can help if you tell us it never arrived.

We keep an order's data for as long as we need it to serve you and for as long as tax law requires. After that we delete it.

Cookies

The store works without tracking cookies. We use your browser's storage only to remember your cart, your language and whether you prefer light or dark mode, and that never leaves your device.

If we turn on visit measurement, we'll ask you first with a banner. Google Analytics only loads if you accept; if you decline, no measurement cookie is set.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Just email hola@example.com from the address you bought with. We'll only keep what the law requires us to, such as invoices.

If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California privacy law gives you the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect, where it comes from, what we use it for and who we share it with.
• Request a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data.
• Have your data not sold or shared for advertising. We don't do either, so there's nothing you need to opt out of.
• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

Changes to this notice

If we change anything important, we'll update the date above and say so in the store. Orders already placed keep the notice that applied when you bought.
